I am a dedicated PhD Fellow with a passion for G protein-coupled receptors. My primary research area involves biased signaling from the μ-opioid receptor, which is the primary target in severe pain management. Biased signaling has, for this receptor, been shown to be favourable to utilize in relation to design of drugs with reduced side effects. I hope I, through my research, can contribute with new knowledge to the scientific community and public, and that this can give a broader understanding of this mechanism at this receptor.
