Computer laboratory with a 26-node cluster of AMD opteron processors and Linux workstations for structure determinations and molecular modelling studies.
All major packages for crystallographic computing are available, as well as a full suite of programs for molecular modelling, with forcefield and ab initio calculations, 3D-QSAR studies, protein homology modelling and multivariate statistical analysis.
