Mariana Yolotzin Garcia Bermudez

I am a Ph.D. student in the EyeTRU group at the University of Copenhagen, doing basic research centered on diseases of the eye. My current focus is on retinal disorders and their relation to Alzheimer’s disease. I am currently working with a mouse model and retinal explants to determine the role of lactate in the retina.
